We embrace the use of technology to simplify the translation, localization, and DTP processes. We also employ industry-standard tools and can work with any tool or file format you may use.
Translation CAT Tools
In our translation process, we mainly depend on CAT (computer-assisted translation) tools that are based on Translation Memory technology. Such technology increases translation quality and terminological consistency; places the translated information directly into the source code without compromising its structure; reduces the cost of translation; and successfully completes jobs within very short time frames. Every project has its own translation memory that is updated in real time and is reused for new translation works for the same project. Every client has a peculiar translation memory and a terminology database, which are often referred to as the client’s language assets.

DTP & Graphics Tools
Our DTP experts use industry-standard programs in their latest versions to preserve the original layout, formatting, and design of the translated/localized documents. They use these tools to professionally reproduce your original graphics, screen captures, tables and cross-references within your newly-translated documentation. They can handle all document types and different file formats effectively and can work on both Windows and Mac operating systems. We deliver the final output according to the client’s specifications, using the requested software. That is, we deliver source, PDF and PostScript files to meet every desktop publishing need. Our layout formatting team contains experts in a huge array of desktop publishing, graphics editing, and multimedia tools.
